The Able Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing employment opportunities to Floridians with disabilities. Established by the state legislature in 1990 as the Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation, The Able Trust has become a key leader in supporting vocational rehabilitation efforts by state agencies and community organizations. Over the past 30 years, The Able Trust has been instrumental in enabling thousands of individuals with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment in all counties of Florida. Our mission is to continue to be a leader in providing opportunities for successful employment for Floridians with disabilities.
