Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral and Developmental Health (TPC) is a part of the Texas Community Center system that provides care services to individuals with behavioral health needs (mental illness), intellectual and developmental disabilities, and children with developmental delays. We are proudly governed by a local board of trustees that represent the citizens of the twenty-one counties of the Texas Panhandle. Our mission is to provide quality and compassionate services to help individuals lead fulfilling lives in their communities. We strive to meet the needs of our patients with respect and dignity while utilizing the latest evidence-based treatments.
