Texas Elks Camp provides children with special needs and children in foster care a unique opportunity to experience new things, make new friends and create lasting memories. Our campers are encouraged to make their own decisions, become more independent and accept new challenges. We accept any child with special needs or in foster care age 7 to 21, who is a resident of the state of Texas, regardless of their income level, ethnic origin, race, creed, color or religion. Our services are free of charge, and we accept campers on a “first-come, first-served” basis. With Texas Elks Camp, children can take part in activities, make connections and gain independence.
