About
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, he received his master's degree from LSU in 1990. Terry's approach to therapy is gentle and collaborative, focusing on building new coping skills and exploring meaningful changes that align with each individual's life goals. He specializes in working with adults who have experienced relational and childhood trauma, emotional distress, including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and prenatal and birth trauma. Terry's goal is to help individuals find new ways of relating to themselves and others, and to discover their unique gifts and passions. He currently works with adults using Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), Energy Psychology, and integrated perspectives from trauma, neuroscience, and somatic approaches. With a non-judgmental presence, Terry helps individuals connect their current concerns to their past experiences, and provides a safe space for them to heal and grow. He believes that everyone has the potential to heal and grow in meaningful ways, and that therapy can help individuals find relief from patterns that have been holding them back. Whether you're facing a challenging situation or simply ready to make positive changes in your life, Terry is here to support you in creating a happier and more fulfilling life.
