We are committed to helping families of children who are eligible for IDEA Part B services by offering them an additional option to consider as they help their children develop and prepare for school. Thanks to the Tennessee General Assembly's approval of Governor Bill Lee's budget in April, if the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) approves this extension, families can choose to continue with TEIS services until their child's 4th birthday and beyond.
