Founded by Taylor Berrick, the practice blends science and spirituality to help individuals fall in love with taking care of themselves. They believe in holistic preventative care and work with clients to unpack their limiting beliefs, break free from labels and clinical boxes, and live more authentically. Wellness Within is an LGBTQ+ Woman-owned company and a Safe Space, providing a non-judgmental environment for clients to feel accepted and understood. They offer a unique approach, combining mental health counseling, holistic health practices, and spiritual exploration to support individuals on their journey toward self-acceptance and empowerment.
