Tarah is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), both evidence-based approaches designed to reduce the emotional intensity and physical reactions tied to traumatic memories. Roots and Branches Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. Clients with out-of-network benefits will need to submit a bill of services ('Superbill') for possible reimbursement.
