The practice offers individual sessions, which can be scheduled after 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes, and the practice accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Soul Purpose Counseling also offers HIPPA compliant telehealth sessions through Simple Practice. The practice's goal is to equip individuals with practical skills to identify and modify self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviors, replacing them with positive ones. By working together, individuals can develop a plan to meet their individual needs, set clear and measurable goals, and explore thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment.
