With a background in community mental health, substance abuse prevention, and child welfare, Tamara is well-equipped to address a range of issues. She completed her master's degree at the University of Washington and a clinical fellowship at the Menninger School of Psychiatry and Mental Health Sciences. Tamara specializes in relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, and she is dedicated to helping clients 're-author' their stories and create a more satisfying present.
