With over 20 years of experience, Alina provides play-based, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with speech and language challenges, including apraxia, AAC needs, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties. She specializes in early intervention, autism support, and neurogenic communication disorders. Talking Turtle Speech accepts children from various areas, including Sacramento, Natomas, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, North Highlands, Antelope, Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Penryn, and surrounding areas. Sessions are held by appointment only, Monday through Friday.
