Susannah specializes in working with women, teens, and young adults, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Her approach is trauma-informed, integrated cognitive and somatic, and person-centered, focusing on creating a comprehensive plan to support integrated healing of mind and body. Susannah uses techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills (DBT), Radically Open DBT skills, thought defusion, grounding, and somatic containment to assist clients in regulating their nervous system. She also incorporates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) when appropriate. Susannah is licensed in the state of Arizona and currently works with clients throughout the state via telehealth. Her goal is to assist clients in identifying, developing, and implementing skills that support healthy coping strategies for life's challenges.
