STRIDE Adaptive Sports provides over 8,000 free or low cost adaptive sport and recreation lessons each year to individuals with disabilities, with a focus on youth and Wounded Warriors. Our programs use specialized equipment or teaching aids to “level the playing field” for all, and we have more than 300 skilled volunteer sport instructors serving over 1,500 families at 25+ regional locations in the Northeastern US. We offer programs in more than 17 different sports, and are recognized as one of the leading adaptive sport programs in the region.
