Her approach to therapy is centered around collaboration, acknowledging that no one knows their life better than they do. Stephanie's expertise spans various areas, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, body image, and borderline personality disorder. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment, incorporating her values in anti-racism, queer and feminist theory, kink-positive, sex-positive, and trauma-informed practices. Stephanie's work with clients is informed by her own experiences as a queer, neurodivergent, and Indigenous individual. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, art therapy, and narrative therapy, to support her clients' growth and development. Stephanie's experience spans working with clients of diverse ages, from young children to adults up to 70 years old.
