With a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and supportive reflection, Stephanie aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her expertise lies in working with individuals and families experiencing grief, bereavement, and trauma, including first responders. Stephanie is certified in EMDR and ART trauma therapy, as well as NERPSC for first responders and the MISS Foundation for grief/bereavement. She is passionate about helping her clients develop the resilience and coping skills needed to overcome adversity and achieve a more fulfilling life.
