STAR, Inc., Lighting the Way was established in 1952 by parents committed to providing equal opportunities for children with developmental disabilities in their home communities. STAR has grown to offer a full range of services for over 600 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, from birth to senior years. Services include Early Childhood Intervention through the STAR Rubino Family Center, High School Transition Programs, Adult Employment Programs, Adult Day Supports and Residential Living, Senior and Memory Care Day Services, Family Supports and Recreational Programs. STAR remains committed to providing quality services and assistance that help individuals with disabilities reach their fullest potential.
