Stacey R Aronson

She has over 25 years of experience as a researcher, practitioner, and consultant, and has helped families, educators, and policymakers to improve the lives of children. Dr. Aronson provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and consultation services for children and their families. She is one of the few professionals with board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology/American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP/ABCN) in the entire country, and one of the only in this state. With her expertise in how the brain develops, learns new information, and guides behavior, Dr. Aronson uses her specialized knowledge to design assessments, interpret results, and craft recommendations that are grounded in research. She is also a parent of two children, and is intimately familiar with the hopes and aspirations that parents have for their children, as well as with the challenges they face. Dr. Aronson is located at Post Road West in Westport, CT, and serves children of various ages and backgrounds. She is known for her unique approach to understanding the complex web of underlying factors that influence development, and for communicating findings and recommendations in an understandable way.
