James, Smithtown, Nesconset, and Hauppauge communities. The league offers a spring baseball and softball program for over 600 players aged 4-12, with an additional 300 players participating in the fall season. The flagship baseball/softball complex is Gaynor Park, where annual events such as the Little League parade, Tournament tryouts and games, and Championship Weekend take place. The league partners with the Town of Smithtown Parks Department and School District Administrators to provide top-notch facilities for its players. As a not-for-profit, 501c3 club, St James - Smithtown Little League is governed by Little League international by-laws executed by a Board of Directors, all of whom are volunteers.
