Spectrum Yoga was founded in 2016 to create a unique service for youth with autism, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, and anxiety. Our purpose is to meet individual and common needs within this community that may inhibit them from participating in community yoga classes and achieving a balance of health and wellness. We remove the label of diagnosis and make classical yoga accessible, fun, and purposeful, allowing all youth to participate, grow, thrive, and connect on and off the mat. At Spectrum Yoga, we have spent two years fine-tuning our practices and modifications while working closely with parents and students.
