At Special Olympics Wyoming, our mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of well-coached Olympic-Type sports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We strive to empower our athletes with the opportunity to develop physical fitness skills, express courage, experience joy and partake in the sharing of talents, skills and friendship with their families, friends, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to foster self-confidence, respect, and dignity through their participation in sports.
