Special Olympics Kentucky – Henderson/2

They offer a range of services for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Their mission is to provide year-round sport competition and training in 15 sports throughout the state, as well as support for athletes' health and educational opportunities. Special Olympics Kentucky – Henderson/2 works to build stronger, more inclusive school communities in Kentucky through their Unified Champion Schools program. They also provide free medical screenings for their athletes through their Healthy Athletes program. The organization has a strong presence in the community, with over 11,000 athletes, 2,600 coaches, and 6,500 volunteers. They are committed to creating a brighter future for their athletes and the community at large.
