Special Olympics Illinois (SOILL) is a statewide organization serving 102 counties and providing athletes with unique programming opportunities. Region D Chicago is comprised of a team of individuals dedicated to providing athletes with sports programming, fundraising campaigns, outreach, communication and education initiatives. Through Region D’s local level programming, athletes have the opportunity to compete at their Region Qualifier for a chance to advance to the State Championships.
