About
I address concerns such as emotional dysregulation, noncompliance, sleep difficulties, anxiety, and OCD. My approach is based on a short-term, goal-oriented model designed to help individuals and families make meaningful progress quickly. My goal is to make sure that you or your family have the skills needed to effectively manage life's ups and downs beyond the course of treatment. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and other behavioral parent training strategies to address problematic behaviors in children. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address anxiety and mood concerns in children and adults. I recognize that the decision to come to therapy can be a difficult one—whether you are a parent navigating your child’s or adolescent’s behavior, or an adult who has been considering therapy for some time. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore meaningful changes to enhance your well-being or that of your family.
