Skyline Center, Inc. is a comprehensive organization providing customized services to individuals with physical and mental disabilities living primarily in Clinton and surrounding areas of Iowa. We offer Home Health Services, Skilled Nursing, Industrial Services, Supported Employment Services and Physical and Occupational Therapy. Skyline Center is a Medicare certified Home Health agency and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and VA Services. Our unique work program provides jobs to individuals with disabilities and produces products like 100% pure cotton flannel patches and Gun Cleaning Kits for sale. Additionally, we provide industrial services such as co-packing, light assembly, and order fulfillment to businesses in the Clinton area. Our 40,000 square foot facility boasts five loading docks, a computerized inventory system and all necessary manufacturing supports, with all our products and services made and performed in the USA and packaged by Americans with disabilities.
