Signature Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center providing mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, dental, and pharmacy services to patients across Northeast Ohio. They have been changing lives in Northeast Ohio for more than 30 years. Their core purpose is to provide integrated healthcare for their community, specializing in patients with mental illness and/or addiction. Their vision is for people to realize their highest potential, and their mission is to become the most respected integrated behavioral health organization in the country. They offer convenient services such as transportation assistance, on-site pharmacy and laboratory, and drop-in hours, in addition to comprehensive health care services. Signature Health serves patients of all ages, including children and adults, and provides a range of services including mental health therapy, addiction recovery, primary care, and more. They have multiple locations throughout Northeast Ohio, including Ashtabula, Beachwood, Lakewood, Maple Heights, Painesville, Wickliffe, and Willoughby.
