Signature Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center providing mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, dental, and pharmacy services to patients across Northeast Ohio. They specialize in patients with mental illness and/or addiction, aiming to help individuals realize their highest potential. With a core purpose of providing integrated healthcare for their community, Signature Health has been changing lives in Northeast Ohio for over 30 years. Their services include transportation assistance, on-site pharmacy and laboratory, drop-in hours, and comprehensive health care services.
