Signature Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center providing mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, dental, and pharmacy services to patients across Northeast Ohio. They have been changing lives in Northeast Ohio for over 30 years. Their core purpose is to provide integrated healthcare for their community, specializing in patients with mental illness and/or addiction. They aim to help people realize their highest potential and strive to become the most respected integrated behavioral health organization in the country. Signature Health offers various convenient services, including transportation assistance, on-site pharmacy and laboratory, and drop-in hours, in addition to comprehensive health care services.

Signature Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and some Medicare Advantage Plans. They also offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients.
