Signature Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center providing mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, dental and pharmacy services to patients across Northeast Ohio. They have been changing lives in Northeast Ohio for more than 30 years. Their core purpose is to provide integrated healthcare for their community, specializing in patients with mental illness and/or addiction. They aim to help people realize their highest potential and strive to become the most respected integrated behavioral health organization in the country. Signature Health offers various convenient services, including transportation assistance, on-site pharmacy and laboratory, and drop-in hours, in addition to comprehensive health care services.

Primary Care
Wellness and sick care for all ages are provided at their primary care clinics, including chronic condition management and drop-in availability.
Pharmacy Services
An on-site pharmacy is available, offering free delivery and bubble packing.
Dental Health Services
Comprehensive oral health care, including treatment for teeth, gums, and mouth issues, is available at their Painesville location.
Dermatology Services
Dermatology services focus on prevention, early detection, and treatment to help maintain skin health, available at their Ashtabula location.
