With over 18 years of experience in the field, she has worked with various populations, including children aged 5 to 17 who have experienced abuse. Sheryl's approach is centered around creating a safe and compassionate environment for her clients to explore their experiences and achieve personal growth. She offers individual person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help individuals improve their mental well-being and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Sheryl's practice is located in the Cooper building in Fort Smith, AR, and she offers telehealth appointments to those residing in Arkansas. She accepts most insurance plans, including Ambetter, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, QualChoice, United Medical Resources (UMR), and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.
