The practice provides a range of services, including psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, group therapy, and therapeutic activities. They accept most major insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Medica, Medicaid, Midlands Choice, and Optum. Sapphire Counseling and Assessments, LLC accepts Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Medica, Medicaid, Midlands Choice, and Optum. They do not accept Medicare or other insurances where Medicare is secondary or primary.
