With twenty years of experience as a somatic educator, movement, wellness coach, and facilitator, Shannon specializes in Women's Issues, Self Esteem, and Life Transitions. She uses a holistic and body-centered approach to therapy, which is client-centered and collaborative. Shannon believes in the innate wisdom of the body and that we all have access to this primal intuition and instinct. She works with clients to unravel their conditioning, return to self, and foster deeper intimacy and relationships with others. Shannon graduated with a MA in Somatic Psychotherapy in 2023 and is an AMFT at Axis Mundi under the supervision of Elysha Martinez LMFT #93493. She has experience with and continues to study various modalities, including Hakomi, Expressive Arts/Tamalpa LifeArt, Polyvagal Theory, and Psoas Integration, among others.
