She brings a compassionate presence and a deep commitment to walking alongside others as they navigate life's questions. With a strong foundation in traditional therapy and a specialty in Shannon also incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into her work. Her therapeutic approach is both integrative and client-centered, allowing her to meet clients where they are and support them with authenticity and care. Shannon believes that each person is a storyteller, and her work focuses on helping clients explore their stories, rewrite the parts that no longer serve them, and begin to shape the chapters ahead. Through the use of experiential and empowering techniques, she offers a deeply supportive space for growth and healing. Shannon is actively involved in her rural community and 4-H, and she is the proud mom of two daughters. She has been married for 19 years and is dedicated to serving her local community with compassion and expertise.
