Shannon Hayes Buescher, MS, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist who attended Buffalo State College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, followed by a Masters in Nutrition and Physical Performance Degree from Saint Louis University. Unlike the “average” dietitian, Shannon is a nutritional counselor who helps her clients optimize their self-discovery and healing processes while creating a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
