Service of Will, Grundy & Kankakee Counties, Inc. was founded in 1989 by more than 30 health care, social service agencies, and advocacy organizations. Our mission is to provide independent service coordination for all ages with disabilities and developmental delays in Illinois. All our services are free of charge, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or age. Since 1989, we have provided services to more than 50,000 residents with disabilities and developmental delays. We are committed to providing person-centered services that lead to improved quality of life and increased independence.
