She specializes in helping individuals find relief from distressing symptoms such as explosiveness, irritability, chronic pain and fatigue, impulsivity, distractibility, hyper-excitability, social anxiety, fear, mania, and hopelessness. Serenity's own experiences as a parent of a child with disabilities and spouse of a veteran with PTSD have given her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families dealing with trauma and chronic illness. She is trained and certified in various modalities and has experience as a VR Counselor for 14 years. At StressOUT, Serenity focuses on helping individuals develop positive and successful relationships in their family and work environments, and works with clients to reach their goals and find peace and healing in their lives.
