Our program involves role plays, hands-on training and real-life experiences, helping participants hone the skills to find employment and prepare for the workforce. Our team works closely with SEEDs participants to ensure they are capable, dependable, enthusiastic and productive in their role. We celebrate their successes as they find meaningful work and demonstrate to their employers, co-workers and the community that individuals with autism can thrive in the workplace.
