They aim to create a safe and compassionate space for their clients, tailoring their approach to fit each individual's needs through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and DBT aspects. Sean is committed to authenticity and genuine care, promoting real and approachable communication to help their clients explore, grow, and find their voice.
