At SD Associates LLC in Windsor, we strive to provide evidence-based services to support durable and generalized learning for individuals with developmental disabilities through the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We employ approximately 60 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are supported by our Program Support Instructors (PSIs). Our RBTs must meet the performance criteria for the RBT credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Each client is assigned a licensed and board certified behavior analyst (LBA/BCBA) who conducts and oversees functional analyses and designs behavior support plans and teaching/learning procedures. We consider the impact of developmental trauma on our clients and work to deliver our services on a day-to-day basis with the utmost dedication and support.
