About
She specializes in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and integrates CBT-informed, ACT-informed, and strengths-based approaches into her practice. Savannah works with teenagers, young adults, and adults, tailoring therapy to meet each client where they are. She believes healing isn't about 'fixing' someone, but rather about helping them reconnect with the strength, clarity, and resilience that already exist within them. Savannah is trained in EMDR Therapy to help people process trauma and support their healing. She creates a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. Savannah's path to becoming a therapist began during her undergraduate studies in Psychology, when she interned with a re-entry program supporting youth as they transitioned back into their communities. She earned her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2025. Savannah is a relational, empathetic, and down-to-earth therapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is just as important as the approach itself. She offers individual therapy to adults, young adults, and teens through both telehealth and in-person sessions in West Michigan. Savannah's work is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws on evidence-based practices. She meets clients where they are—honoring that healing isn't linear and that every client's journey is their own.
