Bridges to Thrive Counseling & Wellness accepts most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Highmark, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Health. Private pay is also an option if they are not in-network with your insurance.

In couples counseling, Sarah will work with clients to improve communication, connection, and understanding each other in deeper, more meaningful ways.
