Sarah works with middle schoolers, adults of all ages, and couples, providing a safe space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She focuses on helping clients understand their Inner Working Model, a mental blueprint that guides how they see themselves, others, and relationships. By becoming aware of their thoughts and the beliefs behind them, clients can choose different responses and reshape their thinking and reactions. Schemper Counseling also addresses triggers, trauma, and memory, helping clients make sense of their inner connections and develop a more compassionate and understanding approach to themselves and others.
