With locations throughout the Triangle and along the coast, One-Eighty Counseling brings together licensed therapists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychologists with diverse backgrounds and training. This diversity allows care to be shaped around the individual rather than confined to a single perspective or approach. The practice is built to meet people where they are, recognizing that each person's experience, history, and needs are different. One-Eighty Counseling currently serves six locations in North Carolina throughout the Triangle and the Coast, including Garner, Raleigh, Clayton, Cary/Morrisville, Cary/Apex, and Wilmington.
