About
Located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the practice focuses on healing anxiety, depression, and trauma throughout life. Sarah works with individuals, children as young as age 5, and couples to identify past experiences, feelings, emotions, and patterns of behavior that stand in the way of a deepening sense of identity. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-and attachment-based, trauma-informed, relational, art therapy, and mindfulness techniques to create an open, engaging, and accepting experience for clients. With over 14 years of direct clinical experience, Sarah aims to help clients reignite their resilience, courage, passion, and confidence, and bring a greater sense of emotional freedom, self-esteem, and more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
