She offers a blend of somatic and experiential therapies, incorporating yoga, art therapy, and humor, and provides sessions in her office, online, or through nature-based hiking and walking sessions in Boulder or Nederland.

Sarah Hay accepts Aetna, BCBS of MA virtual network, Medicaid, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, SelectHealth, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH on a first come-first served basis. If she is at capacity for accepting insurance clients, she offers a super bill for reimbursement and a waitlist spot.
