Love and Wellness Counseling, led by Sandra Chacon, LCSW, is committed to supporting individuals, parents, and families in their growth by empowering them to feel in control of their lives. They use a non-pathological and team work approach, where clients are the experts of their own lives. This approach is sensitive to the individual's cultural and spiritual beliefs. The practice specializes in supporting individuals facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum struggles, substance abuse struggles, difficulty acculturating to the U.S., relationship dynamics, and personal and professional growth. They offer bilingual therapy for couples and individuals in Salt Lake City, Utah.
