You may find yourself stuck in survival mode, navigating anxiety, numbness, people-pleasing, or deep shame. I specialize in helping adults work through complex trauma—the kind that isn't always tied to a single event, but to repeated, often relational, wounds over time. I also have a passion for supporting those struggling with eating disorders, co-dependency, low self esteem, and anxiety. I believe in a wholistic approach and a healthy balance between mind, body, and soul. To help my clients achieve that balance, I utilize trauma informed and mindfulness based practices such as Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic/body based), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach is relational, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible. I help clients identify protective patterns that once kept them safe but now feel limiting. Through our work, you’ll begin to develop self-trust, emotional regulation, and healthier boundaries—often for the first time.
