At STARS Fruitland Physical Therapy Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality physical therapy care in Fruitland, Ontario and the Treasure Valley. Our physical therapy programs have been awarded by FOTO and other third-party programs that track patient care quality. As the only accredited provider of single-disciplinary outpatient services in Idaho, we strive to help our patients get their life back with services tailored to their individual needs. Our team of physical therapists is affiliated with Saint Alphonsus Hospital, offering physical therapy throughout Boise and Southern Idaho.
