Sabrina provides a warm, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy, working with individuals, teens, children ages 7 and up, and couples. She integrates traditional and holistic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and Family Constellation Therapy, to meet clients where they are. Sessions are conducted exclusively via Zoom for convenience. Dear Pretty Mind serves clients located in AZ and offers therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. With a focus on creating space for peace, clarity, and connection, Sabrina aims to walk alongside clients through change, pain, and growth, offering a calm, supportive space where their story matters.
