Ruth Clark, RD, MPH

Ruth Clark RD MPH is a seasoned nutrition and wellness practitioner who has been offering sound advice for custom-designed nutrition programs to individuals and groups for many years. Ruth’s holistic and personal approach to health and healing is based on various nutrition therapies, such as whole foods, tailored supplements, and mind-body modalities. She discovered that the struggle with weight management her middle-aged clients were experiencing was due to out-of-control inflammation, unbalanced hormones, and an unhealthy gut. Ruth has since made it her mission to learn everything about the root causes of these imbalances in order to help her clients age gracefully and substantially reduce the risk of chronic diseases. After experiencing exhaustion, stress, and weight gain, despite eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, Ruth gained insight into her own health issues and was able to restore balance. She now strives to help others do the same.
