He serves a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, couples, and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, shame, and past trauma. Russell is a Certified IFS Therapist, a Certified Sexual Addiction Specialist, and a Certified TeleMental Health professional, and has completed advanced training in Gottman couples therapy. He aims to facilitate his clients' rediscovery of qualities such as clarity, confidence, courage, and compassion.
