Rochester Center for Autism (RCA), Inc. is a program dedicated to improving the lives of children we serve. Our supervision staff has extensive home and center-based experience, and we strive to understand the individual needs of each child. Our approach is to combine center-based programs with a strong home component, believing that this is the most successful way to run an ABA program. We select staff members based on their love for children, ability to help them learn, and education/experience in the field. Our goal is to create a fun and learning environment for our students. We are committed to working cooperatively and constructively to ensure that their needs are met.
